Thanks for the question Debbra! How did you find us? You can hear 2 full song previews below, at the bottom of our site here or you can hear 4 full songs at http://www.myspace.com/thegreatupset

Just listened to a few of your songs on Amaze.fm–great stuff!
As I wrote on that site, seems like you might count The Jayhawks as an influence. Can’t go wrong there–they are among the best singer/songwriters around.
Good luck with future work!

Thanks Rudy. I think Jason (bass) is a Jayhawks fan! Jeromy and Bart (who do the singing/songwriting) own exactly ZERO Jayhawks records between the 2 of them, so it’s a fortunate coincidence and a great honor to be compared to them. They’re Mpls natives like us and we really admire their work and their success. Thanks for the kind words

“You can hear 2 full song previews below, at the bottom of our site here” Pretty subtle. I had the same question and gave up until I saw that comment. Even after I read that, I had to search the site three times before I found it. Be more effective advertising if you moved it closer to the top and highlighted it. 8-:)
